Good morning, we are so happy to have you worshiping with us at Shores Baptist today those of you who are in person and those online. February is a short month, and we are jammed packed with activities. I would like to take just a moment to bring you up on some of the happenings this month.
February Birthdays & Anniversaries
Happy Birthday and Happy Anniversary to all of our members and friends who are celebrating this month. I pray that God will shine his love upon you and grant you much happiness and remind you daily of the love that He has for you. Happy birthday and happy anniversary to you!
Christian Education
Please join us every Sunday morning at 9:00am for our Sunday Biblical teaching. This month we will continue our teaching on “One At A Time” by Pastor Kyle Idleman in the main sanctuary for all ages.
Tuesday Bible study is offered at 11:00am and 6:00pm. This month we invite you to come out and learn how “Your Time Is Now”. We’ve reserved a seat just for you.
Parents this is a reminder that the Youth ministry; which includes our high
schoolers meets every Tuesday evening at 6:00pm in the Fellowship Hall with sis Alice Reid. We encourage you to come out as a family to learn more about the Word of God!
Team Spirit Sunday
Next Sunday, February 12th is Super Bowl; one of the biggest days in sports. Here at Shores Baptist we call it team spirit day. Please feel free to represent your favorite team by wearing their team colors or jersey.
Food Pantry
The pantry is open for distribution on Thursdays from 11:00am – 3:00pm.
We thank you so much for the food and monetary donations, We are so blessed to be able to help our community through this feeding ministry.

Senior Social
Attention! This is a special message for our SBWC family and Friends who are 60 years and older. The senior adult ministry will meet on the 3rd Wednesday of every month from 11am to 2pm, which is February 15th. That’s right, so please mark your calendars to that you can take part in some great activities and fellowship.
If you are in need of transportation, please speak with Minister Grace Malcolm.
Fully Fit Café
Just a friendly reminder that our Fully Fit Fitness program meets the 1st and the 3rd Saturday of each month in the Fellowship Hall at 9:00am. So set your alarm clocks, pull out those walking shoes and get ready to embark on your fully fit journey. And remember, you do not have to be a member to participate.
Heart Health Month
The National Heart Association is promoting awareness about heart health and inspiring people to prevent heart disease. This year’s theme, “#Our Hearts are Healthier Together,” emphasizes the importance of people working together to make heart healthy lifestyle changes.
To bring greater attention to heart disease as the leading cause of death in the U.S, SBWC’s wear Red Day will be February 19th which is the 3rd Sunday of this month.
Ethnic Pride Sunday
In honor of Black History Month, Sunday, February 26th is Ethnic Pride dress day. This is a time to show up in your African Best.

Please remember that the wearing of mask is still mandatory at Shores Baptist within the sanctuary. Thank you for continuing to comply to this request.
Tithe & Offering
2 Corinthians Chapter 9 verse 11 says you will be enriched in every way so that you can be generous on every occasion, and through your generosity will result in Thanksgiving to God.

The Great Day of Giving
“Great Day of Giving”! This is a time of sacrificial giving above your tithe. This offering will be taken on Easter Sunday, which is April 9th. Special envelopes will be available next month. If you use one of our online giving platforms through Givelify or Realm, please be sure to choose the “Great Day of Giving” envelope. We are expecting an abundant blessing from God through your sacrifice.
Black History Month
And last but certainly not least, Remember, February is Black History Month. Take time to learn something every day about the African American contributions to this country.
